@elithecomputerguy Thank you for the reply My website got hacked yesterday.. My host provider said it was my style.css code that I used in the theme… I bought my theme from the premium themes… Is it possible for the code to cause the hack? Do you know how I can prevent that from happening again? I use wordpress..
@AshlynnSkylineMusic hand coding CSS would take a few classes to discuss… but it doesn;t have much to do with security? CSS is used for formatting things like text on a web page…
thanks for responding one more question. am confused about a few things. was looking at artisteer and other programs like Headway and others. while researching started hearing about Parent themes and Child themes and all that. heard that when wordpress (i guess) updates it’s system my website will not work right unless i make child themes? you know anything about parent themes and child themes? you have a video about that? i am soooo confused. do i need to worry about that if i use Artisterr?

@wasblindnowsee If ALL you’re doing is WordPress the basic version is fine. You need the more expensive version for Drupal, Joomla and such
how do you decide if you need the basic home version or standard version? i am using wordpress for my product website. thanks!

@Carlitta87 try to go to the administer themes page and refresh it or save setting that will force drupal to update it’s cash

It seems that there aren’t a lot of custom things possible.. like if i want my own header..
